At Chado Tea, we take pride in the quality of our premium leaves; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on unopened tea and accessories within 30 days.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the tea remains in its original, heat-sealed packaging and securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our tea masters inspect the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
